Payment Terms

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions:

• Request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
• After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancel from your account settings
• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• You can resubscribe at any time

Integrity Coins and Virtual Currency

Regarding Integrity Coins:

• Coins are earned through daily logins, tracking habits, and completing contracts
• Coins can be used to create Integrity Contracts and purchase garden items
• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world value
• Coins are non-transferable between users
• We reserve the right to adjust coin balances to correct errors
• Upon account deletion, all coins are permanently lost

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer our Service
• Use bots or automated systems without permission
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on Build Momentum, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Software, code, and functionality
• Mentor names, descriptions, and character designs
• User interface and experience design

...is owned by Build Momentum and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the habit data you create. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the Service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements
• Display your data back to you through our features

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service "As Is"

Build Momentum is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

• Any amount exceeding the fees you paid in the last 12 months
